You were smart to PM me, I have the information you need. It is not safe to go alone, take this:

Faction icon uploads are indeed available

Send a ticket under the "account info related" topic, or "other". Our GMs will send you some instructions.

The instructions are:

1. Upload a screenshot of your level 3 faction roster with you as leader
2. Upload a BMP format file of your 16x16 px logo

Not sure why they didn't just tell me the instructions, but if you send/sent a ticket expect a response about this.

It's not that easy to transfer detailed pictures into 16 by 16 pixels if you want to copy and paste it. This is why I made mine from scratch. Because using a big picture and shrinking it down to such a small size will only result in a bigger blur.
But I will use the pictures you two used and show you how it turns out.

If anyone has a question on how to set the icons up, you may ask.

1. You need to be faction leader

2. You must have a jpg screenshot of your faction roster and your icon logo

3. Access the ticketing system of PWI and send a ticket with the files attached stating your business as well under the "account info related" topic, or "other"

4. Wait for a response.

well that was gay...AHAHAHAHA!!! lol dont get offended. although i agree with what you said you should try and do your part of not taking it offensively if it was not intended offensively. i have a few gay freinds and they even use the word gay to desribe things they dont like. so if i ever say it...which im sure i robly will >.> i appolagize in advance but try not to take offensivly as ido not mean it that way
